My name is Jeni Cousins. I am a Canadian and British Citizen. I have lived most of my life in Canada, and I lived in Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA. I have family in England, UK, and also my father is from Northern Ireland.
When I was 4 years old, I would lie in bed at night and look at the stars and the moon. I was absolutely fascinated with the Full Moon. I always thought I was different than other people for some reason. I had alot of troubles sleeping, I was so sad and felt so alone and felt like I did not belong here, I just wanted to Go Home, and yet I was at home in my bed. I would pray to God many times to take me home.
One night, two spiritual entities came in my bedroom. I felt frightened at first, but somehow knew I would be okay. They immediately embraced me with their love and light. I was so overwhelmed with peace and feeling safe and secure. They told me that I have many issues to resolve in this lifetime, and how crucial it is to clear them. They also said for every step forward, there will always be a few steps back, for that is the process. They said they would protect and watch over me, and not to be afraid of the unknown, as this will be a gradual, on going process that will take many painful stages of development to achieve. Then they opened their arms and sent an extraordinary amount of energy through me and they disappeared. I immediately fell into a deep sleep.
Going through my teenage years were extremely difficult. I never forgot about the spiritual beings, entities that came to see me - never. They had intrigued me and left me with a undescrible feeling of joy and yet sadness at the same time. I was going through many profound experiences, such as near death experiences, watching peoples' past, present and future lives flash in front of me, seeing auras, seeing my own past lives, and so much more. It made me start my metaphysical-spiritual studies.
In my twenties and thirties I started to put my life into perspective and started reading hundreds of books on all types of spirituality, healing, chakras, religion, sound and color vibrations, past life - you name it, I read it. I attended many spiritual workshops, seminars, spent one on one time with international gurus . Learning about spirituality helped me come to terms with my many challenges and to also over come them with a better understanding of why things happened the way they did and the reasoning behind it. The old saying is "When the student is ready, the teacher appears."
It has been a very long painful journey for me this lifetime. My soul has learned many profound valuable lessons. Most importantly, I have learned to listen to my own inner voice and intuition, rather then listening to what other people tell me to do, and have created a whole new life for myself. I finally know Who I Am and what my journey has been about. It's a personal journey for each of us to discover who we are and why we are here by doing the soul work that is required.  This is my rescue dog, Nakita. Let's all keep an eye out for her first debut in 2009 in the movie called High Noon from the Nora Robert's book. It was a real honour to have her involved with the director, cast and crew. |
